Plain language. The rules for using Beeguide — what you can do, what we promise, and what we can't be responsible for.

Who we are

  • Beeguide is a web service that lets short-stay hosts build digital welcome guides for guests. References to “Beeguide”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean the team behind beeguide.app.
  • By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Beeguide.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or older to create an account.
  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We're not liable for access resulting from a compromised password.
  • One person, one account. Don't share accounts or resell access.
  • You can delete your account any time from Settings. We'll remove your data within 30 days.

What you can do

  • Create and publish welcome guides for properties you own or manage.
  • Share your guide link or QR code with guests.
  • Use the free plan for one published guide. Upgrade for up to five.

What you can't do

  • Use Beeguide for anything illegal, harmful, or deceptive.
  • Upload content you don't own the rights to.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
  • Impersonate another host or create guides for properties you have no right to represent.

Your content

  • You own everything you upload — text, images, guide content. You grant us a limited licence to store and display it to serve your guests.
  • We don't claim ownership of your content and won't use it for marketing without your permission.
  • You're responsible for the accuracy of what's in your guide (door codes, house rules, local recommendations, etc.).

Payments

  • Paid plans and lifetime access are processed by third-party providers. Payment terms are governed by those providers.
  • All purchases are final unless otherwise required by consumer law in your jurisdiction. If something goes wrong, email us — we'll sort it.
  • We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing paid plans are not retroactively affected.

Service availability

  • We aim for high availability but can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may take the service down briefly for maintenance.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
  • We may discontinue features or the service itself with reasonable notice. If we ever shut down, we'll give users time to export their data.

Liability

  • Beeguide is provided "as is". We're not liable for losses arising from use of the service, inaccurate guide content, or downtime.

Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Beeguide is registered. Disputes are resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer law gives you the right to sue locally.

Changes

  • We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to registered users before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date = acceptance.
  • The current version is always at beeguide.app/terms.
